  2. 2 Drag to position it and use the zoom slider until the frame looks right.
  3. 3 Check the green badge shows the size is inside 50KB to 100KB, then download the JPG.

FAQ

What size is the SBI Clerk signature?

This preset starts at 800x400px, 50KB to 100KB, 200 DPI. Check your notification and edit the Requirements panel if your form says otherwise.

Is my file uploaded anywhere?

No. Cropping, resizing and compression run inside your browser on your own device. The file never leaves it.

How does it reach an exact KB range?

It searches JPEG quality to land just under the maximum. If the image is too small to reach the minimum, it adds harmless padding data without changing any pixel.

How is the DPI requirement met?

200 DPI is written into the JPEG header (JFIF density), which is what most upload portals read.

What should the handwritten declaration say?

Commonly: "I, _____ (name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required." Write it in your own hand, in English, on white paper with black ink. Check your notification for the exact wording it asks for.
