Frequently asked questions
Can I check my age on an exam cut-off date?
Yes. Change the 'Age on' date to the cut-off in the notification. Always confirm the rule, such as relaxations, in the official notice.
How are months and days counted?
Whole months are counted from the date of birth, then the leftover days. A 31 January birthday plus one month lands on the last day of February.
How is a 29 February birthday handled?
In non-leap years the next birthday is counted as 1 March.
Is my date of birth stored?
No. It is calculated in your browser and never sent anywhere.
