Frequently asked questions
Why do forms reject a photo that looks fine?
Usually the size in pixels, the file size in KB or the file type is outside the allowed range. Compare the saved file's properties with the notification.
Does this checklist list the official limits?
No. Limits change by exam and year, so this page only lists what to check. Take the numbers from the official notification.
Are my ticks saved anywhere?
Only in your own browser, on this device. Nothing is sent to a server, and clearing site data or pressing Reset removes them.
