Frequently asked questions
Is my image uploaded to a server?
No. The image is decoded, edited and saved inside your browser tab. Nothing is sent anywhere, so it also works for ID photos and documents.
What happens to transparent areas?
JPG cannot store transparency, so transparent pixels are filled with white before saving. Keep the PNG if you need a see-through background.
How do I convert PNG to JPG?
Choose or drop your PNG file. The JPG is created straight away; adjust the quality slider if you want a smaller or sharper file, then press Download.
