Frequently asked questions
Is my image uploaded to a server?
No. The image is decoded, edited and saved inside your browser tab. Nothing is sent anywhere, so it also works for ID photos and documents.
Will my image be stretched to 1080×1080?
By default the size is set exactly, which can stretch an image with a different shape. Tick "Keep aspect ratio" to fit it inside 1080×1080 without distortion.
Does resizing change the file size?
Usually yes. Fewer pixels mean a smaller file. Making an image larger than the original does not add detail, only size.
